Sirius has competed in all the "Classic" sailing races in South East Asia
and notched up wins in the Singapore Classic Race, The Festival of Sail
and the Raja Muda Selangor Regatta in Malaysia and the King's Cup in Phuket.

She also won the "Xiphias" trophy for the best Classic Yacht in the King's Cup
 

     

   

                     
 

Overall SIRIUS won the Vintage class and each crew members had the chance to collect a trophy. His Royal Highness the Sultan of Selangor, Patron of the Royal Selangor Yacht Club presented the winners plaque to the Skipper and crew at the final dinner in Langkawi.

There are now several Classic yachts sailing in regattas in South East Asia such as the Singapore Classic Race and the Phuket Kings Cup which shows a growing interest in this end of the sport.
